Authorising/unauthorising schedule

Select the Authorise schedule option and confirm the authorisation in the authorise form.

To unauthorise, select the Unauthorise schedule option.

You cannot order service items for maintenance or project schedules until the schedule has been authorised. See Service items on purchase orders.
